Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Counsel, Real Estate & Construction to play a pivotal role within our legal department. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic legal advisor, managing complex real estate portfolios and high-stakes construction projects that define our luxury retail footprint.

You will navigate intricate lease negotiations, oversee capital improvement projects, and manage vendor relationships while mitigating enterprise risk across the region.

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate leases, renewals, and sublease agreements.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on large-scale construction contracts, architecture agreements, and facility management services.
- Manage end-to-end legal project management for new retail store openings and showroom renovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Store Planning, Facilities, and Finance, to ensure project compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks related to property ownership, zoning regulations, and construction liability.
- Oversee relationships with external legal counsel and local consultants to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain internal legal playbooks and standard operating procedures for real estate and construction workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction law, ideally within a multinational or luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating high-value commercial leases and complex construction agreements.
- Strong understanding of property law, zoning codes, and relevant regional regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment while managing multiple, competing priorities.
