Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming customers warmly and providing professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handling cash transactions and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the daily inventory of mobile phones, accessories, and other retail products to prevent shortages.
- Assisting customers in product selection by providing detailed information, specifications, and recommendations.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store counter and display areas at all times.
- Receiving and processing customer returns or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting discrepancies in stock or sales to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling cash and inventory.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a busy work environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
