Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcoming customers warmly and providing professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Handling cash transactions and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing the daily inventory of mobile phones, accessories, and other retail products to prevent shortages.
  • Assisting customers in product selection by providing detailed information, specifications, and recommendations.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store counter and display areas at all times.
  • Receiving and processing customer returns or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting discrepancies in stock or sales to the supervisor immediately.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling cash and inventory.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a busy work environment.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
