Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and train counter staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving team targets and goals.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and store marketing activities to drive foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational certificate in Retail Management is a plus.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary.
