Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the counter and sales floor.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage cash drawers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels at the point of sale and assist with stock replenishment.
- Train and mentor new cashiers and sales associates on company policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or customer service role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
