Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for the Indonesian market
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and talent acquisition needs
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and productivity
- Lead performance management systems and drive organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP role
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
