- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the local market.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative solutions and operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, clients, and government bodies.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the Healthcare industry.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration of shared services and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a leadership role, specifically within Healthcare or Shared Services.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change within an organization.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
