Based in Singapore, you will take full ownership of the regional strategy, operations, and financial performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that drives revenue growth, enhances brand reputation, and captures market share. Key responsibilities include managing the regional P&L, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring operational efficiency across all functions. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and constant improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth across Southeast Asia.
- Manage profit and loss, budget planning, and financial performance for the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand market share.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Report to global leadership on regional performance and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in the region.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, cultures, and business practices.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
