About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, punctual, and committed to safety. You will be responsible for the safe handling of parcels and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently sort, load, and unload parcels onto delivery vehicles according to route plans.
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring signatures and proof of delivery are collected.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any damaged, lost, or delayed items immediately.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company operational policies.
- Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and fuel logs.
Kualifikasi
- Clean Class 3 or Class 3A driving license.
- Valid Employment Pass (EP) or relevant work visa for Singapore.
- Above-average physical fitness and stamina required for driving.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
