Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and secure manner
- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures from recipients
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and update tracking systems
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards
- Report any delays, issues, or damages to the supervisor immediately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Semarang and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25 kg)
- Good physical health and stamina to handle job demands
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
