Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately process course registrations and student enrollment data into the internal management system.
  • Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with trainers and facilities managers to ensure all logistical requirements for scheduled courses are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date learner databases, ensuring all records comply with data protection and audit standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries regarding course schedules, fees, and registration procedures.
  • Generate periodic reports on enrollment statistics, revenue tracking, and administrative KPIs.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of course materials, certificates, and post-course evaluations.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to administrative expenses and course accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in administrative support, preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data management.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems for order processing is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
