- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various statutes, case laws, and jurisprudence to support court operations.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, resolutions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Analyze and review legal documents submitted by petitioners, respondents, and other parties to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update legal reference libraries and databases to ensure current and relevant information is readily accessible.
- Assist judges and justices in preparing for hearings, oral arguments, and written decisions.
- Perform legal fact-finding and background checks on specific legal issues presented to the Court.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a reputable law school.
- Must have successfully passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high level of legal drafting proficiency.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, or local legal databases) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-paced judicial environment.
