Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or data reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience with sales forecasting methodologies and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to cross-functional teams
