Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, tax regulations, and GAAP standards
- Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with financial institutions
- Implement financial controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record in managerial accounting roles
- Deep expertise in Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in fast-paced multinational environment preferred
