CHAMPOIL INDONESIA, a dynamic and expanding force in the multi-entity manufacturing industry, is searching for an accomplished CPA/CMA Certified Financial Controller to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Utara. This is a strategic leadership role for a data-driven finance professional who excels in controllership, financial reporting, and process automation.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will take full ownership of the company's financial health. Your primary mission will be to ensure the integrity of financial reporting across all business units, strengthen internal control frameworks, and spearhead the digital transformation of our finance function. You will be the trusted advisor to the Board, providing critical analysis and foresight to guide strategic investments and operational efficiencies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Indonesian GAAP.
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency across all subsidiaries.
- Drive financial process automation projects, focusing on ERP optimization, digital reporting dashboards, and workflow efficiencies to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Manage group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
- Supervise treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and compliance with all relevant Indonesian regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic decision-making support to the CEO and Board through insightful financial analysis, variance reporting, and business performance reviews.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master’s Degree (MBA or M.Acc) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Profound knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, transfer pricing regulations, and Indonesian tax laws.
- Proven track record of leading successful finance system implementations (e.g., SAP, J.D. Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) and automation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
