Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and relevant tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for seamless audit processes.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Maintain integrity of the general ledger and oversee reconciliation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of PFRS, local taxation, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
