In this key leadership role, you will oversee the entire accounting cycle, ensuring precision in month and year-end closings. You will manage critical areas including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash management, and fixed asset tracking. This position offers the unique benefit of working from home with a competitive 25% differential pay structure. You will also play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to drive performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Oversee the entire month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Oversee fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal company policies.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements and management reports.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in senior accounting or financial leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading a team and managing year-end audits.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
