Tanggung Jawab
- Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy materials, structural steel, and equipment.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure the crane is in optimal working condition.
- Interpret and follow complex rigging plans, load charts, and signal instructions from ground personnel.
- Maintain constant communication with the rigger and ground crew to ensure safe and precise load placement.
- Document all operational logs, maintenance records, and safety reports in accordance with company policy.
- Identify and mitigate potential site hazards before and during lifting operations.
- Adhere strictly to DOLE and local occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Crawler Crane Operator on construction sites.
- Valid TESDA National Certificate (NC II/III) for Heavy Equipment Operation (Crane).
- In-depth knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, and hand signals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor field troubleshooting.
- Excellent spatial awareness, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work long shifts, including weekends or irregular hours when project deadlines require.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
