Tanggung Jawab
- Operate crawler cranes to lift, position, and transport heavy materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and safety documentation
- Coordinate with ground crews and supervisors to execute complex lifting operations
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to determine lifting requirements
- Adhere strictly to OHS regulations and company safety protocols
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform minor crane repairs
- Maintain accurate operational logs and equipment maintenance records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating crawler cranes or similar heavy machinery
- Valid crane operator certification (Sertifikasi Operator Alat Berat)
- Strong knowledge of crane mechanics, rigging techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and operational manuals
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor and industrial environments
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
