PT Karya Sumber Djati is seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative department in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, responsible for orchestrating the overall creative direction across all touchpoints. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and artistic innovation, ensuring that every visual output and communication message is cohesive, compelling, and impactful.
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to push boundaries. - Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with PT Karya Sumber Djati's brand vision and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring excellence in all visual and written output.
- Maintain absolute consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure creative initiatives drive campaign ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Manage creative budgets, project timelines, and third-party vendor relationships to ensure efficient project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-level creative direction, brand development, and campaign management.
- Expert proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of modern design principles.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a knack for translating business insights into visual narratives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead client pitches.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced Indonesian market context.
