As a Crew Representative, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and on-ground execution. You will play a pivotal role in crafting creative briefs that inspire our teams, analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the curve, and ensuring that every event and communication channel aligns perfectly with our brand identity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs and strategic communication plans from the initial concept to final execution (end-to-end campaign management).
  • Analyze current market trends and consumer behavior to inform creative direction and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and event coordinators, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the logistical and strategic aspects of event operations to guarantee seamless brand representation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future creative strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding brand strategy and creative requirements.
  • Identify and leverage new opportunities for brand engagement through innovative event concepts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management, brand strategy, or creative communications within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from research and briefing to execution and analysis.
  • Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
