Are you a passionate marketer with a love for animals? Satwa Sehat Veterinary Clinic is looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Malang. As a leader in veterinary healthcare in East Java, we are dedicated to providing world-class care, and we need your expertise to help us communicate our values, reach more pet parents, and build a stronger community.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our brand communication. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and developing engaging content that highlights our veterinary services. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote clinic services and increase client acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end content creation, including photography, video production, and copywriting for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with the clinic management team to announce new services, events, and health awareness campaigns.
- Plan and implement local outreach programs to build partnerships with pet communities in Malang.
- Monitor brand sentiment and maintain a consistent, compassionate brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture success stories and patient testimonials (with client consent).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Genuine passion for animal welfare and veterinary health.
