Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers.
- Verify professional licenses, certifications, education, and work history through primary source verification.
- Maintain and update provider data within internal databases and electronic credentialing systems.
- Ensure all documentation remains compliant with JCAHO, NCQA, and state regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with providers to resolve credentialing discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth provider onboarding and enrollment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding credentialing status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical credentialing, provider enrollment, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of NCQA and CMS credentialing standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting strict deadlines.
