Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for new and existing customers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate credit reports, ensuring that all financial data is up-to-date and reflects the current status of accounts.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, sending out payment reminders and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile daily credit transactions and prepare monthly reconciliation statements for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to resolve complex credit issues and facilitate the recovery of bad debts.
- Maintain and update the credit control database, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of credit memos and financial summaries for board meetings and internal audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or administration within the property or banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle large datasets and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
