Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
- Perform daily account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
- Prepare and issue collection letters, reminders, and demand notices as necessary.
- Analyze customer credit history and financial status to determine repayment capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and collection activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to update credit limits and terms based on performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit investigation or collections.
- Strong understanding of billing systems and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
