Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive credit policies aligned with financial risk tolerance
- Lead collections team to achieve monthly targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Analyze creditworthiness of new and existing clients through financial statement reviews
- Oversee accounts receivable aging reports and initiate recovery actions
- Coordinate with sales department to resolve payment disputes and credit issues
- Prepare monthly credit/collection reports for executive leadership review
- Train staff on credit procedures and collections best practices
- Monitor industry trends to recommend credit policy adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in credit management or collections
- Proven team leadership in financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine banking and financial regulations
