RAM Food Products Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Credit and Collection Manager to take charge of our financial operations and ensure the timely recovery of accounts. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, from initial invoicing to final debt resolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection specialists to maximize recovery rates.
- Conduct thorough credit reviews and risk assessments for new and existing customers.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and implement proactive collection strategies.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts, resolving any discrepancies or disputes.
- Prepare and analyze detailed reports on AR aging, collections performance, and team compliance.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a collections team.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, AR reconciliation, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
