- Assist General Manager in implementing remedial strategies for high-risk accounts
- Monitor and analyze troubled accounts to identify potential recovery opportunities
- Investigate credit issues and discrepancies through detailed account reviews
- Manage recovery and foreclosure processes in compliance with company policies
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and collection performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment disputes
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with delinquent clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit and collections management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and financial software
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of credit laws and regulations in the Philippines
