As a Credit and Collection Staff, you will handle a variety of critical clerical and financial tasks. Your primary focus will be on managing bank confirmations to verify account details, updating customer enrollment information, and maintaining an organized filing system. You will assist in monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring that all customer data is current and accurate. We value attention to detail and efficiency, and we are looking for a candidate who can manage these responsibilities effectively while contributing to a positive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and process bank confirmations to verify account balances and transaction history.
- Manage customer enrollment and update account information in the database accurately.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
- Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions and account status updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in customer records.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and generating daily/weekly reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a credit control, collections, or accounting clerical role.
- Familiarity with bank confirmations and financial document processing.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
