Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement collection strategies for overdue payments
- Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions
- Conduct regular client follow-ups via phone and email to secure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare monthly reports on collection performance and credit risk assessments
- Collaborate with sales team to establish credit terms for new clients
- Identify high-risk accounts and recommend credit limit adjustments
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all collection activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit and collection management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to resolve payment disputes diplomatically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and collection regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
