Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the credit and collections team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching
- Develop and enforce credit policies to minimize risk while supporting sales objectives
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and make informed credit approval decisions
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes efficiently
- Prepare monthly reports on collections performance, bad debt provisions, and cash flow forecasts
- Optimize collection processes using financial software and data-driven approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collections with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in credit risk assessment and collections management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for resolving complex payment issues
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and commercial regulations
