Pacific Agrisolutions Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Credit & Collection Intern to join our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Process invoices, credit applications, and payment discrepancies
- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and payment plans
- Prepare aging reports and collection summaries for finance review
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer account records and transaction logs
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve credit-related customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous internship or coursework in accounting preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and practices
- Proactive approach with strong organizational skills
