Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor customer accounts and billing status to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Conduct credit investigations and risk assessments for new and existing accounts.
- Analyze aging reports and prepare detailed collection reports for management review.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent accounts to minimize bad debts.
- Ensure strict compliance with company credit policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment schedules and account discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide credit recommendations and resolve customer issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related course.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in credit management, collections, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB).
- High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
