- Supervise and mentor a team of credit analysts and collectors
- Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify potential collection risks
- Coordinate with sales and finance departments to resolve payment issues
- Generate regular reports on credit status, collection performance, and aging accounts
- Investigate and resolve disputed invoices and payment discrepancies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in credit and collection management
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine credit laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
