Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of debts and payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and prepare detailed aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve payment queries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and credit information within the database.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparing necessary schedules and reconciliations.
- Communicate payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices professionally.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
