Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the company's accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Issue accurate sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor customer credit limits and proactively manage outstanding balances to minimize bad debts and financial risk.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payment issues and resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and recommend effective collection strategies.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely submission of documentation for invoicing and contract renewals.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing relevant schedules for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to spot discrepancies early.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
