Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for numbers and client relations? KSL Holdings Berhad is looking for a dedicated Credit Control Executive to join our dynamic finance team in the bustling industrial hub of Klang/Port Klang. In this key role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the company's financial health by managing accounts receivable and ensuring consistent cash flow.

We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the credit control process, from invoicing to collections, while maintaining excellent relationships with our diverse client base.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor Accounts Receivable: Regularly review outstanding invoices and prepare accurate debtors' statements for timely distribution.
  • Collections Management: Proactively follow up with customers regarding overdue payments via phone and email to ensure timely settlement.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and assist the finance manager in decision-making.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with internal sales teams and external clients to resolve billing queries and disputes professionally.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in the accounting system and update customer credit limits as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Language: Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of statutory requirements and financial regulations.
