Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze customer credit profiles to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including monitoring aging reports and ensuring timely payments.
- Perform regular follow-ups with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive credit evaluation reports and performance summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer financial interactions and correspondence.
- Support month-end closing activities, including the reconciliation of trade receivables and bad debt provisioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or UBS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess high integrity, a sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
