Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable and credit control processes to ensure timely collection of payments
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and assess financial risk before extending credit
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments professionally
- Prepare regular credit reports and financial statements for management review
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish appropriate credit terms for new customers
- Utilize AWS and VB systems for efficient credit analysis and data management
- Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate customer account records and credit files
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with credit analysis and financial risk assessment
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with AWS and VB systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
