Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Review credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Prepare regular reports on aging accounts and collection performance
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment status and terms
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and improve credit control procedures to minimize bad debt
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
