In this pivotal role, you will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the credit and collection process, ensuring the timely recovery of accounts and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization.
You will be responsible for monitoring Accounts Receivable aging, processing invoices, and managing customer relationships to resolve outstanding balances. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring and managing Accounts Receivable aging reports.
- Process and verify customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely posting.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans to minimize bad debt.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain accurate credit control records and documentation in line with company policies.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and collections summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer credit issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
