Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the company’s accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments.
- Proactively contact clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Analyze customer payment patterns and resolve any disputes or billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly/monthly aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to streamline credit approval processes.
- Maintain precise records of all collection activities and communication in the accounting system.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and financial regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional demeanor during sensitive negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
