Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments from international clients
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly aging reports
- Analyze customer credit history and assess creditworthiness for new and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and improve collection processes
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements of account
- Monitor overdue accounts and implement collection strategies according to company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar finance role
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and French
- Strong knowledge of Thomson Reuters' business operations, products, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
