In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring accurate cash flow, and maintaining healthy relationships with clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting to the general ledger.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
- Generate and present detailed aging reports and collections reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas are essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Willingness to work midshift hours.
