Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential leads for credit products.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, including verification and approval.
- Analyze financial statements and assess the credit risk of applicants.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present credit proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide regular reports on market trends and portfolio performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit marketing, customer service, or banking operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for field visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
