Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the heavy equipment and general leasing sectors.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment to ensure portfolio quality.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for management approval.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor and manage account receivables to maintain a healthy collection ratio.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the financing industry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless processing of financing applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Multi-Finance company or the Banking industry.
- Proven track record in marketing, particularly within Heavy Equipment or General Leasing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Residency in Surabaya or willingness to be based in the Surabaya area.
