Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the Tanah Grogot region.
- Promote and sell various credit products, including consumer loans and business credit facilities, to individuals and corporate clients.
- Perform credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure loan eligibility and portfolio quality.
- Prepare and present loan proposals and credit applications to the credit committee for approval.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit officers and administration, to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of banking products, credit assessment principles, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is a strong advantage for field visits.
