Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for car financing within the Depok region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, car dealers, and business partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain financing products and credit terms.
- Analyze credit applications and verify documentation to ensure compliance with company lending standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of applications.
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to streamline the approval process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit/financing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and operate within the Depok area.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical mindset and integrity in handling financial documents.
