Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote company credit products to potential customers in the Denpasar area.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and site visits to assess the credibility and feasibility of prospective borrowers.
- Analyze customer financial documents and application data to minimize credit risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the regional management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all survey findings and customer interactions.
- Provide insightful feedback to the management team regarding market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or credit analysis is a strong advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Highly analytical with a sharp eye for detail in verifying financial documents.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and high professional work ethics.
- Deep familiarity with the Denpasar and broader Bali region is preferred.
