Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand the credit portfolio.
- Proactively conduct market research and field activities to generate new leads in the Binjai area.
- Analyze creditworthiness of applicants by conducting thorough background checks and financial assessments.
- Prepare and process loan application documents with high accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets as set by the branch management.
- Maintain effective communication with the credit analysis team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in marketing or credit finance is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the local market and geographical area of Binjai.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting purposes.
