In this role, you will be the face of our financing solutions, responsible for expanding our market reach by offering competitive automotive financing and refinancing products. You will engage directly with existing BRI customers and employees, providing them with financial solutions tailored to their needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly financing targets.
- Promote four-wheeled automotive financing and refinancing products to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct direct outreach to BRI employees and existing customer databases.
- Perform preliminary credit analysis and verification of potential borrowers to ensure high-quality applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the loan application process to ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide expert financial product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding financing terms and options.
- Prepare regular activity reports and sales performance updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of automotive financing products and the local market in Magelang.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in the field and meet potential clients off-site.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
